Mantuvimos distintas videoconferencias con las Cámaras de Turismo y Comercio de Rio Grande y Ushuaia para analizar la situación y colaborar a que el sector pueda atravesar la pandemia con el menor daño posible. Dado el panorama que enfrenta la actividad y el freno de la comercialización de vuelos hasta el 1 de septiembre, el gobernador debe declarar la «Emergencia Turística «que implique excepción impositiva y créditos especiales del Banco de la Provincia.
Es necesario que las autoridades sanitarias y los responsables provinciales articulen políticas para que los vuelos de cabotaje vuelvan a operar de manera progresiva respetando los protocolos antes del 1 de septiembre.
Si no tomamos medidas para reactivar la venta de vuelos vamos a matar la industria turística, y con ello, al resto de la cadena de comercios, servicios y pymes que se ven profundamente perjudicadas.
